Terms & Conditions

  • The rental is done through our partners on behalf of CITY-RENT.BE bv.
  • Each rented bicycle is equipped with a lock, a display on the handlebars.
  • The rental is only done on presentation of an identity card or official passport.
  • The rental is only done with a credit card guarantee (Visa, Mastercard).
  • By signing this agreement, the renter declares to agree with the condition of the rented bicycle.
  • The bicycle must always be returned to the place of pickup, being the VISIT Hasselt counter, Maastrichterstraat 59, 3500 Hasselt.
  • The renter rents the bicycle at his own risk and bears legal liability, also with regard to theft or damage. He cannot hold City-Rent.be liable for any harmful consequences arising from the rental of the bicycle.
  • The renter must compensate City-Rent.be for damage sustained to the bicycle during the rental period.
